The defeated phisicist
Like all good phisicists1, I sit down to think. I stand to think. I walk to think. And like all good phisicists, I want to strip the conscious world naked.
To see the innards of society. How we construct our lives. How we deconstruct our lives. To inspect each and every idea atom by atom and build them back up in their pure form that will serve my descendants.
and I know this is idiocy. For my ancestors can’t hear me, my peers won’t listen and my descendants will never care. What a curious form of pessimism to have: this defeatist temperament of mine.

You’ll notice that I didn’t say I’m a philosopher. I’m undeserving of this title, but should I ever gain it, I would use it like a fiery brand to stamp on my enemies and friends alike. I think this is why no one likes philosophers (or me)
